The data shows that 51% answered on the 1st attempt, and 22% of the remaining 49% answered on the 2nd attempt.

Is there a time of day with better connection rates with your customers? In episode #18 of the Volie Rally, Jake and Scott analyzed data from millions of calls for outbound connection rates. Between 8-12 has a 20% better connection rate than other times of the day, while conversion rates were the same.

The data shows that 62.8% of people who drop do not call back within seven days. Of those people, 74% had previous appointments in the DMS. Make it a goal to empty the callback queue every day.
