In Episode 9, Scott Davis talks about the importance of calling back the people you missed and how to manage your drop rate effectively. While recently looking at 3.4 million inbound calls, we found 74% of the people who dropped had had previous appointments, meaning they were buyers. Of the people that the dealer did not call back, 63% of those did not call the dealership back within 7 days. It is very important to call back the people you missed and start managing your drop rate.
