Why Guessing Leads to Inconsistent Results
Without clear visibility into conversations, managers often rely on their own assumptions.
They guess why appointments were not set. They assume agents followed the process. They interpret performance based on incomplete data.
While these guesses may seem reasonable, they rarely tell the full story.
For example, an agent may appear to perform well based on call volume but struggle to convert high-intent customers. On the other hand, a strong agent may handle difficult calls effectively but not receive recognition because those moments are not visible.
This inconsistency makes coaching less effective.
When teams guess instead of knowing, performance becomes unpredictable.
