Based in Fort Myers, FL, James has been with Volie for over a year and a half, helping customers achieve their goals. As a Customer Success Manager, he focuses on onboarding new clients, customizing the platform to suit their needs, and providing ongoing support with weekly check-ins. His daily activities involve reviewing customer metrics, planning ahead, and making behind-the-scenes improvements to ensure customer success. Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with his family and staying active at the gym. Fun fact: he lived in England from age 10 to 18!
