The goal was to bring visibility into the BDC. Volie has brought confidence and reliability to the team, and now they can manage the volume of calls and reach the goals and requirements that the manufacturers are putting on them. The reporting dashboard gives them a better understanding of call volume and call flows, which helps them manage staffing.
