Volie 15: Campaigns and Compliance

In our very first Volie 15, Jake and Sadie discuss three new features to the platform: Campaign Inheritance, Federal DNC Compliance, and Agent Status.

Campaign inheritance is a collection of standardized, pre-configured campaign templates. Users can select from a range of proven campaign structures to streamline setup and ensure consistency across outreach efforts.

In compliance with the Federal DNC rules, Volie has created a default setting that ensuring contacts who have opted out federally are not called. It safeguards clients from inadvertently contacting these individuals, even if they haven’t opted out at the dealership level.

The Agent Status “Bump” feature helps keep agents on track by prompting or automatically updating their status when they’ve been idle or in the wrong status for an undesired duration of time. This includes customizable settings, allowing you to define unique messages, colors, and time durations for alerts or automatic status changes.
